redid that stat bars so that input prompt is out of the alias for sbars with
$C in the input_prompt, removed $cvops() and put $pattern(*+* $channel())
instead for getusers, and changed facted a bit. Also took sip1 sip2 crap
aliases that were supposed to update input_prompt and $S, dont need them
anymore.

added new theme, fixed fkeys and fixed actual on whois.2

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
