Note that in order for the perl program to turn something into a "clickable"
cross-reference, it must be in the following format:
^_command (section) ...., where section is always numeric, and "...."
is a comma-seperated list of topics, and is optional.

Whew! Added bindctl(6).

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of
a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection
box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
