Updated channel(6) to represent the recent changes to halfops (h -> %).
Also added the "# $EPIC:" CVS tag to the help pages for abs, ceil, floor, and
ishalfop.

Added help pages for $abs(), $ceil(), and $floor().
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of
a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection
box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
