* Move #define CTCP_* into ctcp.h
* Add /xdebug extractw_debug
* Move #define LOCAL_COPY and SAFE into irc_std.h
* Create compat.h, move all the compat.c decls into there (from ircaux.h)

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
