Branch:

* Add /set wserv_type, either "xterm" or "screen".
* Add malloc_strcat_word_c, add a single word to word list, with "" support
* Convert a bunch of stuff to use malloc_strcat_word_c to honor ""s right.
* GC a bunch of unused code.
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of
a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection
box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
