Release epic4-1.1.5, which is a bug fix release for epic4-1.1.4.

Update docs for EPIC4-1.1.4

Ooops. forgot to update the "SILLINESS" file for 1.1.3.

Well, a few things are no longer "Missing" -- remove them from "missing".

Last commit prior to epic4-1.1.1.

In SILLINESS, show that the sillyname was shared between 0.10.0 and 0.10.1
and also between 1.0 and 1.0.1.
In epic.1, make sure to put .El's at the end of .Bl lists.
