Request diff between arbitrary revisions

-release as rc1 since new epic breaks old stable and the current
version is stable anyways has usually always been, and lots of bugfixes
and features, however this does not mean an official stable will be released
soon, but hopefully it will be. most people use snapshot anyways. //zak
-merge in pf loader for modules/oper written by byron i have tested portions
however more testing is needed and would be appreciated let us know of any
bugs. //zak
-purge out some credits/info from people who have not contributed in >2/yrs+
mostly noticeable changes anyways. //zak feel feel to send flames to me
-sync epic5 docs //zak
-remove misc useless aliases //zak
-increment /1 /2 /3 etc.. up to 30 //zak

-minor cleanups no real functional changes /arjoin (rejoin on reconnect

-increment epic5 version requirement //byron

-Remove some ppl who have been inactive for quite some time in the README
 file and has not contributed in at least 2 years.
-add new bans help menu /bhelp
-sync TODO-BUGS to reality
-make operview window actually show the correct format when fixed/window
 doubles is set to on this should make some ppl happy
-make ^Z now do stop_stop irc with /retard binding, for those who were using
 ^Z in the past to switch targets/queries you may set in your .epicrc file
 something like this /bind ^Z parse_command switchtarget
-update more copyright notices to -08
-increment snaprel v5
