 file and has not contributed in at least 2 years.

-make operview window actually show the correct format when fixed/window
 doubles is set to on this should make some ppl happy
-make ^Z now do stop_stop irc with /retard binding, for those who were using
 ^Z in the past to switch targets/queries you may set in your .epicrc file
 something like this /bind ^Z parse_command switchtarget
-update more copyright notices to -08
-increment snaprel v5

 in amn/amn.epic, however use at your own risk on older epic5). //zak

-add more funcs into compat.m from builtins we may be needing in the near
 future or may need now, we really need to set a vote on some things ;/
-add /set dcc_port_min dcc_port_max to specify ports to use. (untested at
 this time) def: 1024/65535
-remove format timestamps for dcc_connect and dcc_timeout as it's been
 broken/inaccurate since the beginning of time.
-few new aliases of /lockchan/chanlock/unlock //mode $C +im (useful during
 flooding)
-Make cosmetics of /save output look more saner:
-cleanup TODO-BUGS even more, with more possible future goals.
-cleanup INSTALL documentation a bit more
-some minor changes in aliasing/renamings ie; /showops/aretry
-some cleanup of bloat here and there.
